豊洲駅前。中華料理店。
「永利」と言えば僕にとっては池袋だが、
豊洲に支店を出されてから、あれよあれよという間に豊洲3号店。
豊洲は競合が少ないというのもあると思うが、
上手く日本人の味覚に合わせているのだと思う。
今回、宴会で利用。
コースではなく、単品注文で。
いろいろな料理を頼んで、いろいろな人の反応をみて、
改めて日本人の標準を知った気がする。
というのも。
永利は元々、中国東北料理のお店なので、僕は普通に辛いものを頼んでいたんだけれど、
これが他の人には大不評で、辛さで脱落者続出。
味的には、唐辛子の辛さはかなりマイルド方向だったんだけど。
その後は、「空心菜炒め」とか「えびマヨ」とかの無難系にシフト。
宴会に平和が訪れた。w
こうしてみると、料理は総じて日本人の味覚に合わせたものが大多数。
その中に少し東北料理っぽいものが散りばめられている。
そう考えると、オーダーする料理もその比率に合わせた方が楽しめるのだろう。
