東京ビッグサイトで展示会の仕事前に豊洲市場で美味しいもの食べたいと思い訪問しました。
平日９時過ぎ到着。
外に２組並んでいましたが、すぐ１組目が入店し、お一人様の私が１組飛ばして席に案内されました。
思ったより並ばずに済んで驚きました。
担当していただいた職人さんによると、平日はそれほど混まないそうです。
お昼近くにはガラガラですがネタも少なくなってしまうので、朝来た方がいいとのこと。
本格的な江戸前寿司は初めてなので、おまかせでお願いしました。
