Click here today! I went to Toyosu Market for a while for work. After going around, it was time for brunch, but we headed in. I went with the intention of skipping the line, and was able to enter the store without waiting at the right time. The topics for this day are as follows...I added one piece at the end. ◆ selection Nigiri 6,600 yen/tax included - Bluefin tuna, fatty tuna, flounder, red shrimp, horse dung sea urchin, white squid, fatty tuna tuna roll, fatty tuna tekka & horse mackerel roll, bluefin tuna, medium fatty tuna, boiled conger eel [Additional] Sardine, egg, arajiru I paid 7,260 yen including tax, so the additional sardines were 660 yen. It's a little expensive for sardines haha.The ingredients were amazing. Portions are large, and I'm happy to see high-quality Yamayuki bluefin tuna and a generous portion of horse dung sea urchin in this price range. Personally, I liked the mixed rolls of fatty tuna and horse mackerel. I thought I'd like to eat a little more, but since I was extravagant the day before, I stopped at this...lol Thank you for the meal. The taste, customer service, impeccable. You can enjoy authentic nigiri that is definitely not tourist price or tourist quality. If I could visit you again... *At the time of visit → Rating 3.66
