注文したのはチャーシューとシュウマイの盛り合わせ目玉焼きとビール。
まずはチャーシューがしっとりしていてジューシーな感じ。タレがないのにしっかりと味もあり他ではなかなか味わえない。
シュウマイもそのままで食べられるぐらいの味付けだけど、それをここでは酢があってソースで食べるがこのお店流。
〆はニラそば。それがとんでもなく美味。
大満足のお店でした。
