とりあえず寿司と思ったが、平日にもかかわらず人気店は長蛇の列。いきおいラーメンへとシフトチェンジ。
注文したのは中華そば670円。シンプルでうまいラーメン。期間限定の牡蠣ラーメンもうまそうだったが、牡蠣が入るだけで値段が跳ね上がる。なにもラーメン屋さんで海鮮を食べることはないし。
豊洲市場を廻る前のデモンストレーションとしては、十分活力源になった。
