豊洲のららぽーと内で大好きな火鍋が食べられるお店に目をつけてて、ランチで伺いました。
休日はどの店舗も行列。こちらのお店は比較的入りやすいですが、案内待ちの列はありました。
店内はとっても綺麗で広々空間。配膳は機械ロボットでした。

ランチコースには基本の火鍋、ラム肉、野菜、ご飯。野菜の量が少ないかなぁと思ったんですが、鍋自体に薬味がたくさん。ライチやデーツが入っていたのが嬉しい。そして何より驚いたのが大量のニンニク！
ニンニクがとっても美味しくて、ホクホクのニンニクを大量に食べてブレスケアも大量に食べました。
2人以上でスープを二種類になります。白湯とカレー風味の麻辣スープ。スープの辛さは選べますが、中辛でもかなり山椒が効いて辛かったです。
残念だったのが、タレが完全別売り。しかも、ひとつ300円は高い…火鍋ってタレで食べるところもあると思うので、100円くらいなら沢山頼むんだけどなぁという気持ちに。2人でひとつのタレを使い回すのもなんだか。
こちらが変わっていたのが〆に雑炊を推していること。ご飯がついているので、作ってみることに。薬膳たちを抜いて作るので少し大変。うーん、想像通りかな？
