シカゴピッツァが食べたくて、豊洲ららぽーとにある「Butcher Republic Chicago Pizza & Beer」へ。庭園に面しているから、ららぽーと内からはお店に入れなくて、外に出てから入店。テラス席もあるし、開放的な雰囲気。
シカゴピッツァはアラカルトでも頼めるんだけど、色々セットになったコースを注文。

本日のチョップドサラダはシーザーサラダ。葉物・アボカド・ゆで卵・ハムなど、色々入ってるし、結構ボリュームもあるから、野菜好きとしてはとっても嬉しい！
フライドポテトはベルギースタイルだからか、ケチャップとマヨネーズ！ベルギーでポテト買った時にケチャップじゃなくてマヨネーズがかかっていて衝撃だったのを思い出した。
そしてメインのシカゴピッツァ！【Chicago Classic / Cheese Republic / Black & White / Hot Chicago / Vegetable / American Shrimp】の6種類から選べるんだけど、チーズ好きな私たちは【Black & White】をチョイス。しかもこのシカゴピッツァは生地に炭を使用していて真っ黒だから更にインパクトあり！モッツァレッラ、チェダー、ゴルゴンゾーラ、パルミジャーノ、ペシャメルソースを使っていて、まさにチーズ尽くし！！3～4cmあるピッツァ生地を切ると、とろっとろのチーズが流れ出る。生地は所謂ナポリピッツァとは違って、パン生地みたいな感じでしっかりめ。お好みでハチミツをかけて。ゴルゴンゾーラの香りが漂う。チーズ好きにはたまらない。
食後に私はホットコーヒー。大きめマグカップでこれまた嬉しい。
