This is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant located on the 1st floor of LaLaport 3 in Toyosu (the building closest to Toyosu Station). Two people visited on a Saturday around 6pm. Since it was a holiday, LaLaport was very crowded. The restaurant on this floor seemed to be the easiest to get into, but there were many restaurants with long queues, and even though it was relatively better, I couldn't get in right away, so I had to wait about 10 minutes. became. The interior of the restaurant is a stylish space that doesn't really look like a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant until you see the food and menu. Despite the sophisticated atmosphere, offal and rare cuts are the signature menu items. Extremely salted offal (2,080 yen), carefully selected beef liver (980 yen), skirt steak 100g (1,980 yen), Tsuruhashi Chinese cabbage kimchi (440 yen), vegetable namul (780 yen), egg-cooked rice (420 yen), non-alcoholic I ordered a beer (440 yen). Among them, this is the only shop that specializes in domestically produced hormones, and the ``Kiwami Salt Hormones'' are abundant in both quality and quantity. You can fully enjoy the variety of textures. The egg-cooked rice I ordered to finish the meal was seasoned with grilled meat sauce, and the unique sweetness brought out the deliciousness.
