After going to Toyosu for work, I enjoyed dinner with my colleagues at [Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Meat Daisho]. About 5 minutes walk from the station. The store seems to have just opened at the end of last year, so both the exterior and interior are very clean! From the outside, it looked like a small shop, but when I stepped inside, I realized that it was much deeper than I expected. There are a total of 54 seats. The day I visited, it was a weekday night at the beginning of the week, and about half of the seats were occupied. If it's this busy at the beginning of the week, maybe it's even more crowded on the weekends? The selling point of this restaurant is that you can enjoy Yamagata beef. It is said that they only handle high-quality cows within the Yamagata class. Let's enjoy the meat! Let's start with the meat. Jotan Shio (¥1,980) is lightly grilled and served with lemon juice. It's very soft and has a melt-in-the-mouth texture. And special selection of short ribs (¥2,280). Calbi has been a bit distant lately. I still love it, but I tend to find it hard to stomach...However, this short ribs was very easy to eat, probably because it has high-quality fat. Even though I was satisfied with the meat, I was able to enjoy it without feeling sick to my stomach. Of particular note is the grilled sirloin for 5 seconds (¥1,680)! It's a luxurious size that can barely be placed on the net. Grill it quickly and serve with rice, then dip in the egg yolk. This was exquisite. Even though it's a large size, it's so soft that you don't need a knife. It's a taste that you can't help but wish you could eat forever and soak in the afterglow. I also thoroughly enjoyed the side menu. The senmai sashimi (¥680) and oki kimchi (¥390) are just the right size and go well with alcohol. My colleague and I were surprised at how delicious the stone grilled bibimbap (¥759) was! It has plenty of meat and plenty of vegetables so you won't get bored until the end. Also, the bibimbap itself is not spicy, so you can adjust the spiciness by adding gochujang to it. My colleague who went with me likes spicy food but doesn't like very spicy food, and I don't like spicy food but I love spicy food. Each dish has a different tolerance for spiciness, so it was nice to be able to adjust the level of spiciness for each after separating them. The last thing I received was Yukkejangkuppa (¥759). Like bibimbap, this one also has plenty of toppings. It wasn't as spicy as it looked and was easy to eat. I had a big job coming early the next morning, so I ordered a soft drink instead of alcohol, but somehow the mandarin orange soda I ordered turned out to be absolutely delicious! It contained plenty of mandarin pulp, and I enjoyed the rich sweetness as if it had been squeezed by hand. I will definitely order this next time I visit! It was so delicious that my coworkers and I agreed. It was a relaxing time with delicious meat, drinks, and courteous customer service.
