【2007年港区西新橋2より移転】 |
半径100メートルに飲食店が無いような赤羽橋交差点近くの裏路地蕎麦屋。
過去に新橋で営業していた評判！お良い蕎麦屋とのこと。
店内テーブルが4つとキャパは少ない。
2番目として外で待つ際にメニューを見せられ迷わず大盛（1,300円）。メニューは並盛（1,150円）と珍しく小盛（1,000円）が表示されている。
大盛頼む客あまりいないのか、大盛と言ったら女将が少し間をおいて”できますよ〜”って言われた。
回りは合盛り（蕎麦とうどん）を食べている客がほとんど。
蕎麦屋でうどんを発注する習慣が無く考えもしなかったがそれもありだったかも。
蕎麦は田舎蕎麦風の太めでかなりしっかりしている。
汁は色は薄いが出汁しっかりで少量付けて食べて丁度よい。
わさびは本わさびを磨った物とお見受けしました。
今度は合盛りでお願いしたいと思います。
