午後の半端な時間の浜松町。
開発中の駅周り、新しいビルのお店はどこも食指の動く店がなく。
ちょっと足を伸ばして大門方面へ。
久々に訪問しましたが落ち着いた雰囲気は変わらず。
11時から16時までの営業がありがたい。
毎月の変わり蕎麦にも惹かれたものの
季節メニューの牡蠣そばを注文。
つまみや酒のメニューが豊富で目移りするも楽しい。
気取らず、粋で、静かなお店を堪能。
程なくとどいた牡蠣そばは
ぷっくりした牡蠣の周りに和布がぐるり。
和布の下には柚子が忍ばせてあり、
嬉しい驚きの香りが鼻をくすぐります。
神田あたりのお蕎麦と比べると少し甘め、
でもすっきり辛めの出汁。
蕎麦の上に七味を振りつつ、出汁につけぬよう
鼻から抜ける香りを楽しみ美味しくいただきました。
次は夕方早くきて蕎麦味噌に抜き、
最後にせいろで日本酒いただきたくなりました。
