日曜日のランチタイムに訪問。
この日は悲しい事に休日出勤…orz
ですがそんな日を盛り上げるのはお昼ごはんの役目だと思っています(=´∀｀)笑
ですが日曜日にオフィス街である浜松町・大門周辺で営業されているごはん屋さんは限られており、今日は江戸時代から続く老舗のお蕎麦屋さんこと更科布屋さんへ。
本日注文したのは、冬季限定のにしんそば（1,500円）です。
11月〜2月までしか頼めないにしんそばですが、最初は完全にゴールデンカムイの影響で頼みましたw
（漫画読んだことある人ならきっとにしんそばが気になったハズ！笑）
あたたかいにしんそばは関東のしっかり濃いめのおつゆの中でほろっと柔らかいにしんの身が4切れ程入っているのが特徴です。
にしんは恐らく身欠きにしんで作った甘露煮で、このほろっとしたにしんの身は食べないと解らない感動の美味しさです✨
更科蕎麦は蕎麦の中でもやわらかい方なので田舎蕎麦や10割蕎麦のような強い蕎麦ののどごしより優しめですが、この寒い時期はこれがまたホッとさせてくれます。
金カムで杉本がいただいていたにしんそばも関東風のつゆだったとの描写があったので、布屋さんのにしんそばで間違いないですね！笑
