【初投稿】
美味しい物を求めて東京プリンスホテル 五徳さんに行ってきました。今回はコースをご注文。まずは前菜。綺麗な見た目とサッパリと味付けで次の料理への期待が高まります。お次はお刺身三種。鮪、鯛、赤貝。どれも身が締まっていて美味しかったのですが、中でも鮪は別格でした。続いて焼き物。春の魚と書いて鰆(サワラ)。上品な脂が程よく乗っていて、ふっくらとした食感にほんのりと甘い味わいに思わずニッコリ!(^^)!茶碗蒸しをはさんで、いよいよお待ちかねの握り。中トロ(大トロか？って位脂が乗ってた)、真子鰈、海老、ホタテ、イクラ、雲丹、サユリ、鉄火巻き。ここでコースの握りは終了だったのですが、雲丹、ボタン海老、ツブ貝を追加注文!(^^)!どれも本当に美味しかったです。ネタとシャリのバランスも抜群。途中、板前さんがこれも撮ってと雲丹の箱をドンと私の前に置いてくれました。緊張した面持ちの私を見て板前さんが気を遣ってくれたんだと思います。やはり高級店は味も接客も違うなと感じました。なかなか何度も行けるお店ではないのですが、また行きたいなと思いました。五徳さんごちそう様でした。
