くにもとの焼肉のタレは日本最高峰というのが焼肉界の定説。
肉自体がいいので甘ったるくない肉の良さを活かすタレ、焼肉食べてるぞって幸せを感じる名店です。
コースを予約しておいて足りなければ追加というスタイルですが、この日は追加はなしです。
しかし炭の並べ方が綺麗です。
