タイトル通り、本気で美味しい、感動します。この一言が全てを物語ります。
焼肉好き、かつ、赤身肉しか食べないこだわりの強い友人に予約を取ってもらい、くにもとデビューは本店からという贅沢体験を、、！
1階には2組のみ、仕切りがあるボックス席があります。席の壁には店主からのメッセージが掲げられています。肉への想いが詰まった熱いメッセージなので、ぜひ熟読して下さい。
肉が主役のくにもとさん、コースは気合いの肉のみ。野菜やキムチ、ご飯やスープはお好みで追加注文です。
全て赤身肉がメインのおまかせでコースは上等(¥7,000)、飛び切り(¥10,000)、別格(¥15,000)の3種類。
今回は別格を頂きました。
立派な木箱に入った輝かしいお肉たち、まず私の思っていた焼肉の分厚さを遥かに越えてきました。笑
そして、見て分かる肉質の良さ。上段は塩コショウ、下段は特製タレの味付けです。
味は言うまでもなく、美味しい。お肉の旨味がゆっくりと着実に口に広がります。歯がいらないのではないかレベルの柔らかさ、6種類ありますが一つ一つ異なるお肉の旨味があります。個人的にはタレのヒレが一番好きでした。
滞在時間が90分制ですが、それも主役であるお肉を最高の状態で楽しむため。本気の肉を本気で食べさせてくれるくにもとさん、最高でした。
