虎ノ門横丁がオープンして気になるお店もあったので向かった所どこもかなりの混み方で諦めて、くにもとに電話してみたところ空いてたのでそのままタクシーで移動。
本店、新館とありますが、本店は兄が新館は弟がやられており新館は行った事あるのですが本店は初です。
まずは、上等(7000円)/飛び切り(10000円)/別格(15000円)/とおまかせ盛りを必ず頼まなければなりません。
※お肉の追加はおまかせ盛りを食べ終えてから可能
前回新館で別格を食べたのでこの日は上等を注文
木箱に入って登場する神々しい肉達はこの日は田村牛と仕入れてる肉も素晴らしいけど、「くにもと」と言えばやっぱり付けダレが秀逸で美味すぎる。
ただタレが美味いだけじゃなくて、神々しい肉達を更にワンランク上に引き上げるようなタレ。ココに来ると真剣にお肉と向き合える。
前回1番ランクの高い別格で今回は1番低い上等でましたが、上等だからと言って手を抜いてる訳ではなく、なんら遜色ないむしろ毎回上等で良いんじゃないかって位満足度高かったです。
追加で頼んだ切り落としも、切り落としの肉のクオリティと思えないハイクオリティな切り落とし。
切り落としで最後に少しだけ白米を食べて〆るのが個人的にはちょうど良い具合のお腹になれます。
