芝大門交差点近所にある「都映」さん。ランチ時は常に行列ができている人気店です。メニューは讃岐うどん(温or冷)と丼4種をセットor単品にてオーダーできます(テイクアウトもOK)。
本日は油淋鶏&うどん冷(ハーフ)の逆セットを注文。まずは香川直送の讃岐うどんですが、麺太目のコシ強め、イリコ出汁もしっかり効いており文句なしの讃岐うどん。次に油淋鶏はサックリサクサクパーフェクト。唯一の減点材料は米の水が多すぎない？まぁ今日はうっかりお母さんが水加減間違えちゃったことにしましょう。
この内容で味で650円は素晴らしい。行列できるのが納得の良店。まさに灯台下暗しです。夜も美味しそうなので訪問したいです。
