薪窯がありました。
ピザはもちもちしていない、クリスピーな生地で、私の好みでした。

どこかノスタルジックな店構えに誘われて。
扉を開けたら、窯が出迎えローマの老舗が待ってます。
海外は数年前の数倍遠く、こういう雰囲気のお店に何倍も惹かれます。

こちらは知り合いがオーナーを務めるお店なので、贔屓目になっているので悪しからず。
ですが、その贔屓目を抜きにしてもとても素晴らしいお店なので、皆様に紹介できればと思います...
ピザがとにかく薄くってパリパリで美味い。
何枚でも食べれます。
種類も豊富でピザにワインで楽しい時間が過ごせます。
