高級感ある広々店内、美味しい中国料理を堪能
ザ・プリンスパークタワーの中国料理レストランです。ホテルは都心の喧騒を忘れるちょっと離れた芝公園にあり、高級感が伝わります。場所柄、利用客意外は入りづらさもあってよりグレードの高さをうかがえます。
レストランは地下一階、ここには鉄板焼きレストラン、寿司、本格日本料理等があり、それぞれグレードが高い空気が流れてます。
その一つが中国料理レストランの陽明殿。個室や半個室、大きなホール等様々な利用ができます。接客はとても丁寧です。料理はどれも美味しく間違いないですね。フカヒレ姿煮は特に美味しいと思います。あの濃厚な味付け、いいですね。
コース料理はホテルのレストランにしてはリーズナブルにいただけますし、一品料理の麺類も美味しいですね。
五目焼きそば+海老餃子！
店内は天井が驚くほど高く開放的な広々空間になってます。テーブル席を囲むように半個室の席が並び、入り口すぐには三部屋個室があります。そちらはぶち抜きで30名ほどの個室宴会も可能。
さていただいたのは五目焼きそば。餡掛けと焼き目のあるソバの絡みがとてもいいですね。具材タップリ、柔らかなイカやプリッとした海老等旨味タップリな海鮮、そして豚肉甘味と旨味そして野菜のシャキッと感、いいハーモニー、美味しいです。高級中国レストランの五目焼きそば、さすがに美味しい！そしてちょっとお高いプリップリエビ餃子。プルンプルンした皮、この食感いいですね。高級感漂ってます。
