ザ・プリンスパークタワー東京地下1階に有る広東料理をメインにした中国料理レストラン。店内はまるで円形の劇場のような作りで地下でも天井がとても高く雰囲気がゴージャスです。案内された席は中央が回る円卓で他の席との間隔も非常に広く今の時期ならでは。サービスも良く行き届き心地よく美味しい料理が頂けました。 料理はバランスの良さそうな「福コース13,200円税込」を予約しました。お酒を飲みながらでもちょうど良い料理提供のスピードとタイミングでした。ただ、全体のボリューム的にアラカルトでもう一品くらい好きな料理を追加したかったかも。
8月いっぱいの夏メニュー「冷やしそば」の中で
国産活伊勢海老、フカヒレ、鮑、タラバ蟹、キャビアなどを盛り込んだ【Luxurious 涼麺】￥15,000が気になりました。
