近くにある東京プリンスホテルが1964年開業なのと比較して、
ザ・プリンスパークタワー東京は、
徳川家霊廟→芝ゴルフ場を経て
2005年開業と、比較的新しいホテルで、
芸能人の結婚披露宴が多いのだそう。
ザ・プリンスパークタワーの地下1階にある
陽明殿の中はとーっても広くて、
大きな水墨画が３６０度見られるという
中国風の芸術的な空間。
そんな中でいただいたエビチリは絶品。
甘辛く、辛さがきわだっているのですが
とってもおいしくて、もちろんご飯にぴったり。
普段はいただけないフカヒレスープも
ついていて、2,300円はとってもリーズナブル。
デザートの杏仁豆腐の洋ナシソースは、
中国の素材である杏仁豆腐が、
洋ナシソースによって、フレンチ風になるという
これも美味しい一品でした。
