パークタワー東京のB1にあるステーキハウス桂。
こちらは確か紀尾井町にもあります。
受付でコートを預かってくれます。
知人と2人で、桂コースを注文しました。
2人がけ用の席です。他にも4人座れる席もありました。個室もあるみたいです。
シェフが1人担当してくれて、目の前の鉄板で焼いてくれます。
まず、サーロインかフィレにするかを聞かれます。サーロインの方が少し量が多いです。
それぞれサーロインとフィレを注文し、半分ずつにすることにしました。
前菜はサラダです。
小さいですが、かかっているドレッシングが超美味しいです。
聞いたらメイン玄関横のコンビニで販売しているそうです。
帰りに買おうとしたら、すっかり忘れて帰ってしまいました・・・。
値段は不明です。
かぼちゃや、たまねぎなどの野菜が出てきました。
次に海老が出てきました。
香ばしい香りが良かったです。味は普通でしたね。
肉は焼く前にかたまりで見せてくれます。
「特選和牛」との事でしたが、その時によってブランドは違うようです。
2人ともミディアムレアにしてもらいました。
肉は美味しいです。焼き方も流石プロですね。丁度良い具合に中がレアです。
箸で切れる程ではありませんが、なかなか柔らかかったです。
他に、ライスと汁物、漬物、コーヒー、アイスがつきますが、食べ盛りの男性には物足りないと思います。
量、質を考えた場合、値段がやはりホテル価格なので、安く済ませたい方にはお薦めできません。
ウーロン茶も600円ぐらいだったと思います。
ただ、ホテルという事で、接客はその辺のチェーン店の数倍上ですが。
