平日のランチに伺いました。
場所は都営地下鉄大門駅から新橋駅方向に国道15号沿いを4分程歩いたところです。
店内はカウンター5席､7〜8名テーブル3卓です。
11時45分に入店して先客は2名グループ2組とお一人様1名でした。
ランチメニューの中から「鳥重」850円を注文しました。
約13分で配膳です。
マスターのワンオペなので、配膳までに多少の時間がかかるのは仕方ないですね。
後客もどんどん入店して来て12時には満席と言う事で入店を断っていました。
ただ､6名テーブルで2名利用が多いのですが、大きなテーブルでも1〜2名のお客さんとの相席はしないんですね。
ご飯の上に、鶏そぼろと炒り卵がのっていてその上に焼き鳥､つくね､ウズラの玉子の3串が乗っています。
鶏そぼろは多めで美味しいのですが､焼き鳥タレの味が濃く、ご飯やそぼろにかかっていて味が結構濃いですね。
焼き鳥はふっくらして柔らかく､つくねも味付けが良いです。両方とも焦げ具合が良くて美味しいですね。ランチより酒の肴に良い感じだと思いました。
今度は夜に来てみます。
店内は全面喫煙可能で、先客の食後の一服と後客の入店後のまず一服で風向きが悪い席だと嫌煙家の方は結構厳しいですね。
