浜松町にある創業200年江戸時代からの老舗。
食べログの評価も高かったし、まさに江戸前寿司がいただけそう、とお昼に伺いました。
風情のあるお店で、中も歴史は感じますが清潔感はあります。
12時台ではありませんでしたが意外なことにノーゲストにちょっとびっくり。
赤身からスタートです。
続いて真鯛。
脂がのっていて美味しかった鰯。青魚好きです。
白海老。海老も大好き♪
昆布がのった〆鯖。
間違いなく美味しいトロ。
すみいか。肉厚。
赤貝。美味しい、貝も大好き。
うに。超美味しかったです！
お吸い物はかなり上品なお味。人によっては「薄っ・・」くらいの味付けではないかと。
あなごを食べると、江戸前～という感じがします。
〆は鉄火巻。
デザートは人参ゼリー。
ゲストがわたしだけでしたので、握り手もおひとりでしたが変な緊張感も威圧感もなく、食事ができました。会話はほぼありませんが、丁寧に接してくれているのは分かります。
最初の赤身だけ、ちょっとネタの薄さ、冷凍感を感じましたが以降は感動まではいかずとも、美味しかったです。シャリは希望を聞いてくれますが、最初に出していただいたボリュームでお願いしました。
先日伺ったお鮨屋さんは塩味がたっていましたが、こちらはシャリがふんわり優しい。ネタとの相性も良く。でも小ぶりなので、腹八分目で終了という感じ。
こちらのコースで7,500円。
内容からするとちょっと高いかな～～、、、
自分が良き！と思うお鮨屋さんを見つけるのは難しいですね。
