インドカレーランチ
とある平日ランチ、芝公園周辺で探します。インドカレーが人気の店で入ってみます。並び４名ですが、この手の店にしては大箱の為、お一人様は並びをすっ飛ばして案内されました。ランチセットは大きく分けて二種類（￥１０００・￥１４００）。 カレーは固定・曜日替わり３パターン・月替わりの計７種類から選択です。

カレーはバターマサラ（チキン） をチョイス、辛さは普通normalで。６分程で供されました。
実食！
ミックスグリルランチのＡセットはバターマサラ（チキン）・タンドリーチキン・シークカバブ・ナン・サフランライス・デザート（フルーツライタ）という構成だが、サラダ・ドリンクはつかない。
マサラ（ヒンディー語：मसाला masālā マサーラー）は南アジアの料理における用語で、様々な香辛料を粉状にして混ぜ合わせたという意味でバターマサラ（チキン）＝バターチキンカレーのスパイス強化版と解釈しました。←あってますか？ トマトベースのカレーで少し酸味がありますが、濃厚で複合的なスパイスとクリームのコクがあります。チキンは小さめにカットされたのがいくつか入っていました。このカレーは美味い！ナンはかなり長く伸ばして焼いて仕上げにギーが塗られていますが、このナンが焼きたてサックりモチモチで美味しいです。(゜∇^d)!! サフランライスはジャポニカ米ですが、多分皿に盛られてスタンバイしているのか冷めてるしややパサ気味。(*￣ー￣)
タンドリーチキンはこれも温かく無い…。大振りな鶏モモ肉で香辛料の味付け・焼き方もいいのに残念。(/ー￣;) シークカバブは羊の挽き肉とスパイスのつくねみたいな感じでした。両方とも途中でレモンを搾るとしまりました。せっかく紀州備長炭を使ったこだわりタンドールでも料理は冷めてたらダメだね…。
デザートはフルーツライタですが、爽やかまったりで美味しいです。
大箱ながら店員さん（インド人・日本人）もキビキビしてるし、店内の造りも高級印度料理店？ぽくしっかりした感じです。確かな腕の料理長らしい美味しいカレーで人気があるのも納得でした。ドリンク付にしないのは回転率を考えてだと推察します。ごちそうさまでした。

ＳＮＳであいがけメニューが登場したのを目にしていたので、店名が変更されてからは初の再訪。（店頭メニュー看板は待ち人がいて撮れず）
が、ナンが売れなくなるからなのか副菜?が切れたのか目当てのあいがけは「売り切れです」と言われ失望。
仕方なくランチＢでサグチキンをチョイス。特筆点をあげるとすれば、ターメリックではなくきちんとサフランライスなこと。
ドリンクは付かないけどフルーツ入りヨーグルトが実質ラッシー的に味わえますかね。（3.57）
