かねてよりBMしていたこちらのそば屋さんに行ってきました。レビューを見て「いかてんせいろ」に目星を付けていましたが、残念ながら品切れ。
平日の13時10分の訪問で3割ほどの入り具合。
◆かきあげせいろ 570円
かき揚げはサクッととしており、重たくなく上質な味わいでした。このお店は揚げものが当たりのようです。
一方でそばは腰が弱く、スルッとしていて、私の好みではありませんでした。つゆも甘辛さのピントが合っていない気がします。
山葵やネギが取り放題なのは、蕎麦にダイレクトに山葵を付ける私には嬉しいサービスではあります。
