店内は広く、冷水と冷たい麦茶が用意されている
男性スタッフ2オペ、注文は口頭注文現金払い
かき揚げ天そばに春菊天をプラスしての注文、650円也、薬味のネギはカウンターに刻みネギが置いてあり、セルフトッピング。
注文が入ってから、数人前をまとめて茹でる為少し待つ。
お蕎麦は細めの生そば、麺が白いが更科か？小麦粉が多いのか？
歯応え、喉越しは良いのだが蕎麦の風味がたりない、お汁もなんか物足りない感じ…
天ぷらはお汁につけると溶ける感じで美味しかった。
