御成門駅から徒歩数分の「そば作」さん。
外に記載されている、自家製麺、毎日作りたて、無添加、打ち立ての字に惹かれてお伺い。
入ったら券売機はなく、直接オーダーするタイプ。
事前にメニューを決めてから入るのがおすすめ。
とりあえず「かきあげざる(660円)」を注文。
かき揚げは揚げたてではなかったが、切り込みが入ってて食べやすいように工夫。
ネギも卓上にあり、好きに取れるのがよきポイント。
お客さんもそこそこ入っていて、人気が伺えました。
