御成門と新橋の中間にある立食そば。券売機は無く熟練の翁二人が次々と来るお客を捌く。かきあげそば ¥570(込)。黒めの甘汁。然程クドくなくこれなら毎日味わっても飽きなさそう。しなやかなソバ。細打ちで白っぽく更科を思わせる。風味は感じられないが自家製麺らしい。かき揚げは甘汁に浸かりフワフワ。サクサクではないタイプだがこれはこれで。菜っ葉が味にバランスを与える。ネギは卓上セルフ。
