火鍋好きの友人のおすすめのお店です。
何と言っても今流行りの火鍋の味とは、
格段に違います。
薬膳や中国の香辛料がたっぷーり入り、
じっくり煮込んだ坦々火鍋は、赤黒いどろっとした印象。
口あたりはどろっとしていませんが、スープを飲むだけで汗がじんわり。
辛いだけじゃなくって、しっかり味があります。
ウマ辛いスープに野菜や肉、春雨などとの相性はバッチリ！
お箸がどんどん進んでしまいます。
また餃子ももちろん、身がぎっしりつまっているので、
食べ応えあり！ネギをのせた塩餃子はホントに美味しい！
何と言っても、ここのお店は店主さんのサービスが素晴らしい！
宴会の席はうるさいからといい席を案内してくださったり、
宴会メニューをちょっと変えて出して頂いたり、
とにかく、サービスが良い！！！
