2013年10月、中華創作料理店「東方廳 浜松町店」に立ち寄りました。
生ビールで乾杯し、「元祖！塩餃子（6個：630円）」、「ピータン」、「鶏肉の四川風炒め」、「ザーサイ（サービス）」、「季節の青菜炒め」、そして「鉄鍋入り四川麻婆豆腐（820円）」を辛さ増しでお願いしました。
鉄鍋入り四川麻婆豆腐（820円）（辛さ増し）：絹ごし豆腐が使用されています。とろみは少なく、オイリーなサラサラとした仕上がりです。山椒と唐辛子も効いていて、なかなかグッドな麻辣バランスなのですが、塩分が強めです。私見では、辛さ増し発注した結果、豆板醤の量なども増え、少々しょっぱくなってしまったのではないかと思っています。この辺りのバランス取りの難しさを実感しました。でも、美味しい麻婆豆腐ではありました。サラサラ仕上げなので、オン・ザ・ライスには余り適しません。
他の料理についてですが、サッパリとした塩餃子がとても美味です！。ほうれん草が擦りこまれた皮もグッドです。当店は、中国人の方が作る中華創作料理ですが、何と！ピータンにガリが添えられていました！この発想は日本人にはないと思いました。どの料理も美味しかったです。
アルコールは、ホッピー、紹興酒（2000円）、そして青島ビールも頂きました。
その後、〆のデザートとして、濃厚杏仁豆腐（420円）、濃厚ソフトクリーム（420円）をお願いしました。
杏仁豆腐は、ババロア・ムースのような仕上がりで、僕にとっては新感覚でした。ソフトクリームについては、さほど濃厚とは思いませんでしたが、甘さが程よく、なかなか美味しかったです。
