雰囲気の良さげのこの店を訪問。
開店すぐの一番のり。
四川ラーメンとチャーハンを注文した。
真っ赤なスープ。
これはこれは。
一口すする。
ほう。これは意外。見た目ほどトゲがある辛さじゃない。
本場の牛肉麺などとは違って、中華的香辛料は控えめで、私は嬉しい。
もちろん食べるにしたがって、辛さがじわりと効いてくるが、これは美味い。
麺は意外なほどの細麺で驚く。
この辺のセンスが面白い。
もっと他の料理も食べたくなった。
