We visited for lunch on a weekday. We entered the restaurant at 12:00 p.m., and there were about 10 customers ahead of us. There are about 50 seats in the restaurant, but there is no counter seating for one person, and we were seated together at a table that can seat 8 people. By 12:10, the restaurant was full in an instant. I ordered the "Chicken Hakyu Chashu-men" for 950 yen, which was written on the blackboard, with soy sauce broth. Salt flavor is also available. The "Chicken Hakuchu Chashu-men" was served in about 4 minutes. The noodles are medium thin and straight. The soy sauce flavor dominated the soup, and it was difficult to distinguish the chicken shiranyu flavor. The ingredients are three pieces of chashu pork, bamboo shoots, a little komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), and bean sprouts. The chashu pork was flavorful and tasty, but it was small in size, and the three thin slices of chashu pork made it seem like "chashu noodle soup? I felt like it was "chashu-men". I should have ordered the mini-donburi (A bowl of rice topped with fried rice with takana or Chinese curry) for 200 yen, which you can order only when you order Noodles. Thanks for the meal.
