梅肉が好アクセントの炙りしめ鯖丼
大門駅から徒歩3分ほどの通りから一本入った所にある寿司店。ランチでは色々な海鮮丼が頂ける。平日のランチで12:15頃に訪問。
1席空いていたカウンターに通される。店頭の看板の案内で惹かれた炙りしめ鯖丼(1050円)を注文。
17分ほど待って提供。お洒落な木の葉型の丼に綺麗に盛り付けられている。この見た目で普通の丼より食欲をそそる気がするなあ。
配膳時に説明があり、わさび醤油の他に、丼の手前に紫蘇とともに盛られた梅肉をつけながら食べてもよいとのこと。
個人的に肉や魚に梅を合わせるのは好物なので、この組み合わせは刺さる！
しめ鯖はしっかり脂が乗っていて、単体でも美味しい。酢飯にはネギと胡麻がまぶされており、梅肉と紫蘇と頂くと、いい感じにさっぱり頂ける。
時折わさび醤油にもつけながら、味変えして楽しむ。
しめ鯖好きなら間違いなくオススメできる。その他、日替わりネタの三色丼や、とろたく丼なども美味しそう。

脂の乗った〆さばに軽く炙りを入れてほんのり温かい状態で提供されます。
酸味も塩気も程よく、この〆さばが美味しい。
酢飯とのバランスも良いです。
丼としては、青ねぎ、ガリ、添えられた練り梅が良い役割を果たしています。
口の中に脂が残りすぎず、さっぱりするんですよね。
