平日のランチに伺いました。
場所は都営浅草線大門駅から徒歩3〜4分程度です。
店内は､カウンター3席､4名テーブル席3卓､2名テーブル1卓です。
11時50分での入店時には4名テーブル1卓とカウンターの1席のみが空いていて､もちろんカウンター席への案内です。
メニューを見て「炙り〆さば丼」1100円を注文しました。
約5分で配膳です。
炙り〆サバはメニューの写真の通り鯖半身です。その周りに小口切りのネギが載っていて､生姜と大葉に載った梅干しが添えて有ります。
脂がのった鯖はしっかり〆て有り、酢が効いているので脂が気にならず美味しいです。
表面が炙ってあるのも良い風味を出しています。
鯖の脂がのっているので､口直しに生姜や梅干しが有ってサッパリするのが良いですね。
酢飯は、〆さばと違って酢が控えめです。好み的にはもう少し酢が効いていた方が良かったです。
