７～８年前に、良く利用していたお店です。
転勤から戻り、久しぶりに、ポワンジュールの料理が食べたくなり、予約しました。電話に出られた店員さんに名前を告げると「お久しぶりですね」と、覚えて頂けていたことに感謝です。
最初の飲み物は、ヒューガルデンホワイト、ベルギーのビール。このビールの味を知ったのも、このお店で、それ以来、あれば、ヒューガルデンホワイトを注文することが多くなりました。
二杯め以降は、やはり、欧風料理に合わせてワインを注文。この流れも、以前通りです。
お料理は、定番メニューと、時々により変わるオススメメニューがあります。どれもお勧めですが、是非とも、エスカルゴは試して下さい。ガーリックが効いているので、抵抗なく食べられます。肉系、魚系は、店員さんに料理法を確認して、好みに合いそうな料理を注文してみて下さい。その方が、きっと満足出来ると思います。
