予定外の残業後、21時前に真っ直ぐ帰るところに少し冒険がしたくなり訪問。
オムライス(特製デミグラスソース) 900円
ドリンク、オムライスなら和牛メンチカツ載せやクリームソースもとお勧めされるも、初志貫徹でスタンダードなオムライス。
入るのに勇気が要った先客ゼロ状態だったこともあり、オーダーからすぐに提供。チキンライスやオムレツを調理している音は聞こえないものの、オーダー後にきちんとイチから作ってもらえたものとわかるお味。
チキンライスの具は控えめでタマネギとチキンだけのパラっとタイプ、ケチャプは主張弱め、色と香り付け程度で甘味は殆どなく酸味が程よく残るタイプ。デミグラスソースは甘味と苦めのバランスが良く、ダークな見た目から想像通りのお味。卵は、ファミレスでも見かける表面トロッと系。
正直なところ、ファミレスでも頂けそうな一品。そう言うと聞こえは悪いけど、ファミレスでデミグラスソースの半熟オムライスを作ろうとすると、こう言うのをモデルにするだろうなと言った感じ。これを個人店の手作りで頂けるのは嬉しい。
