三田にある勤務先本社での定期健診を終え、増上寺を軽く散策した後、日本生命浜松町クレアタワー地下1階にある焼鳥居酒屋さんで、密を避けて早めのランチ。
頂いたのは、おすすめと書かれた “焼鳥重 税込850円”。
焼鳥重は、刻み海苔が散らされた美味しいご飯の上に、ネギマの焼鳥2串分と、大きなつくね・たっぷりの鶏そぼろ・玉子焼きがトッピングされます。
タレで焼かれたネギマの鶏肉は噛み応えがあり、同じくタレ焼きの粗挽きつくねはホロホロ食感。
鳥そぼろは薄口味付け＆脂少な目で健康的？
千切りキャベツたっぷりのサラダと、若芽とシャキシャキ食感モヤシの味噌汁も美味しく頂き、満足焼鳥重ランチとなりました。
