ジョージア料理 シュクメルリ鍋に挑戦
友人たちの間で話題になっているジョージア料理、シュクメルリ鍋をランチタイムに食べてきた。
サラダつきのセットが790円
あつあつなので、やけどしそうで早食いできず、12時を過ぎると壁際に15人ほどウェイテイングの列ができた。客単価はたしかにあがるけど、回転率は下がるから、売上アップなのかどうか？？？
固形燃料がついていて、ずっとぐつぐつと煮込んであるので、だんだんと味が濃くなってくる、ガーリックチキンチーズシチューって感じ。ワインが欲しくなってきました。ワインを提供すれば、もっと売上アップになるかもしれません。
具材は鶏肉と皮つきさつまいもでした。
味噌汁もついてくるのは、後口さっぱりできるのでよいかとおもいました。

松屋、意外と利用したことなかったです。
ランチに訪問
メニューが多いし、慣れていないので券売機前で戸惑います。
2回チャレンジして
ネギたっぷりプレミアム旨辛ネギたま牛めし 並 490円の食券購入
唐辛子が3パックついてきました。
ねぎはたっぷり、卵とからめていただきました。
こちら吉牛に比べて玉ねぎが厚めのような気がしました。
松屋オーダーが食券だから事情がよくわからなかったのですが
つゆだくとかねぎだくとかできるんでしょうか？
吉牛ではしていますが、
今回松屋でそのような注文をしなかったせいか、つゆが少な目に感じました。
たぶんできそうなきがするので次回トライ。
吉野家にくらべて、席間が狭いのが混んでいる時間には厳しいかなと思いました。
カレーや定食などいろいろあるので
ちょっと変わり種にトライした時は松屋の選択もあるのかなと思いました。

温玉が乗っていて。全体に混ぜて食べるといい感じです。
小盛は腹パンパンにならないため、背徳感がなくてちょうど良いです。
