I stopped by here on a Friday night because I didn't have anything to eat. I was actually heading to Yoshinoya nearby, but it was closed for renovations until mid-April, so I came here for the first time in a while. The interior has been changed and it's very beautiful. There are two touch-screen ticket machines outside the store, but there were a lot of young people who were "slow" and it bothered me, lol. I ordered a large serving of Gyudon (Beef bowl) (large serving of beef only) and a raw egg. When you enter the store, the number is displayed on the monitor. Tea and other things are self-service, and the number will be displayed shortly after you prepare it. There were also Caucasian couples and Chinese groups, but the ordering system seemed easy to understand. The bowl plate has also changed. It was deep like Yoshinoya, but it's a little shallow. The beef head is just a large serving, so it's enough, lol. I put a mountain of shichimi and pickled ginger in and poured the beaten egg over it. I started eating with chopsticks, but halfway through I started using a spoon. It's easier to eat. I ate it all up in no time. Thank you for the meal. I always had Gyudon (Beef bowl) for gyudon, but it was nice to come to Matsuya occasionally and see how it had improved. This place is on top of the station, so you can adjust your schedule.
