今日の目的地は竹芝はツキシュールラメール。
浜松町から5分ほどだろうか、駅へ向かう人の波に逆らいながら、これから味わう料理とワインにワクワクしている。
階段を登るりドアを開ける。
いつもの見慣れた、そして落ち着いた空間
席へ進むと目の前にお台場の街とレインボーブリッジが出迎えてくれる。
大小様々な船が行き交う海を眺めながら、まずはスパークリングで乾杯だ。
瓶内二次発酵されたロゼスパークリング。旨い^_^

アミューズ・ブーシュからはじまり
それに合わせてワインが提供される。
前菜はキノコのテリーヌ、これは旨い
そして、皮をパリッと焼いた魚料理、
肉料理は蝦夷鹿だ。
順番に提供される料理とワインのマリアージュ
そして、丁寧なサービス。
心地よい時間が流れる。
そしてアヴァンデセールからデザート
ハロウィンをイメージした季節感たっぷりのデザートだ
相変わらず旨い
ミニャルディーズもたくさんいただき大満足
