I made a reservation online through this site, Tabelog, and visited. You can enjoy all-you-can-drink in 30-minute increments, making it a great value. The food was solid, and the bitter gourd champuru (1,023 yen) was larger in quantity and tasted better than what you'd get at a tourist-oriented restaurant in Okinawa. The 1,078 yen rafute with boiled egg was more delicious than the local dish, with Kanto-style seasoning. The 649 yen dish of chilled island tofu was made with solid island tofu and was very delicious. The bill was 6,595 yen for two people. I paid by card.
