の注意書きを無視して食後の客と食事中の２名が会話する13時40分に参りました新橋６丁目のおそば屋さん。店頭のメニューがワイドバラエティで、さらに「店内にメニュー色々有ります。目移りする楽しさをどうぞ」の筈が、指定された間仕切り無しテーブル席で、飛沫が気になり、ASAPでお願いしたのが、つけ麺３種から「鳥つけ麺」並900円。本当は大盛でも良かったのですが、慌てており、気付きませんでした。出待ち客は無く２分でお盆。温かい出汁に鶏肉があります。蕎麦は予想よりも多めですが、上げ底です。蕎麦を浸けて、ズル。良い感じです。脂も旨い汁です。辛さを期待してましたが、辛くはなく、隣席からの会話はワクチン接種２回目未了で、ピッチを上げました。卓上の蕎麦湯を使いますと気付いた辣油を入れるオススメ書き。急いては事を仕損じたと思いながら、蕎麦湯に辣油を足しますと、ゴマ油と香りと辛さが素敵です。でも、滞在時間11分で現金払いが残念で、消毒を拝借します。
