とある平日ランチ、大門駅周辺で探します。寿司ランチを頂こうと芝大門 おかめ鮨へ。先客２名後客１名。ランチの品書きはつけ場大将の背後にあります。大将と女将さん？の２名体制。意外にもTokyo FMがBGMで流れる店内。
●にぎり鮨 梅（一人半前）￥１１８０
１０分程で供されました。
実食！
赤身×2・ヒラメ・小肌・蟹・真鯛・明太子・甘エビ・イカ・玉・干瓢巻きという構成。赤身は熟成されてねっとりとした旨味。小肌の〆加減は浅くて好みの塩梅。真鯛は一部に皮を残していますが、切りつけがやや厚すぎる様な口当たり。シャリの酢加減はともかく、ネタに対するシャリのボリュームが多いのは半人前増したからか。
味噌汁は豆腐・ワカメ・ネギのごく普通ながら熱々。漬物付きです。
同ビル１階は昼時行列の小諸そばがあり、わざわざ寿司を食べたい人が上がってくる必要があるロケーション。ランチ激戦区の寿司屋に求めるニーズとは、少し違う印象を受けました。(~_~;) ごちそうさまでした。
