特に決めも無く駅ビル1階に、降りてすぐの左手に一軒、寒いこともあり、もつ煮込み定食に魅力を感じ伺いました。
カウンターに置かれた券売機で、食券を購入ですが、大盛りも同額、何となくご飯足りなくなふ予感がしたので、大盛りで購入です。
思った通り、もつ煮込みは青ネギがたっぷり掛かった状態で、丼で登場でした。嬉しい限り、ご飯は盛りと言うより詰めタイプ。
大盛りだからなのか？サイドのQちゃん、ひじき煮も、大盛りで嬉しい限り。
肝心のもつ煮込み、白味噌ベースで甘く、出汁は化調っぽかったりはしますが、根菜たっぷり、もつも柔らかくそれなり、定食としては文句無し。肉系の居酒屋さんなので、他のメニューも良さげですな。
最後はお行儀悪く、もつ煮込み雑炊でサラサラっとね。
ご馳走様でした、美味しく頂きました。
