どのお料理も絶品でした！お料理を引き立たせるための季節感の出し方も、さすがと思えるお店でした。
出汁がとにかく美味しい！お料理に合わせて食材を引き立てて、その調和が素晴らしかったです！
中でもウニキャビア卵のぶっかけ麺？は、天かすとの相性も抜群で、度肝を抜かれました！
ツヤツヤの甘さが引き立つ白米も、お腹いっぱいなのにガツガツいけました！
カキ氷はもちろんおいしくて、葛切りは今まで食べた中で一番美味しかったです！！
