都営浅草線の芝大門方面改札を出て正面、パン屋さんがあることに気づき立ち寄ってみました。後から調べてみたところこちら、NPO法人みなと障がい者福祉事業団が障害者雇用の場として運営しているパン屋さんとのこと。パンの焼き上げを、店内で行っているそうです。
私が伺ったのは、平日の11時ごろです。朝の販売が多かった日なのかしら、ラインナップ少な目でした。
その中で私が選んだのは、ひまわりのパン150円とポークソーセージパイ250円です。税込み
ひまわりのパンは、一見してハード系パンかと思いましたが、ハードではありません。表面をメインに、ひまわりの種がたっぷり目にまぶされています。中の生地は詰まり気味で、ふんわり。程よい塩気があり、お食事に添えたり、サンドイッチにも合うお味でした。
ポークソーセージパイは、まさにポークソーセージの周りにパイが巻かれているパイです。口の中の水分がもっていかれるようなことはあまりなく、おいしくいただけました。
店名のトロアは、アン・ドゥ・トロアのトロアを意味するそうです。1・2・3からの、ホップ・ステップ・ジャンプへつながっているとのこと。
お味もおいしかったですし、応援もしたいパン屋さんです☆(^ー^)
