知り合いに誘っていただいてお邪魔したタニーチャさん。
食べている最中は料理に舌鼓を打ってばかりで写真はほぼ撮れませんでした。
最初の写真は綺麗に撮れたのですが、枯れた男同士の会です笑。
お店につき、最初の一杯を頼んでからコースはスタート。
今回いただいたのは冬の宝石 黒トリュフコースです。
名前から贅沢なのですが、内容も贅沢でした。
アミューズに始まり最後のドルチェまで、ふんだんに黒トリュフが使われています。
お任せということで、各食材が出てくるまで分からないというのも個人的には楽しかったです。
どれも配膳前に黒トリュフを削ってくださります。
黒トリュフの香りはとても素晴らしいのですが、それで味が画一になるということもありませんでした。
一皿一皿食材の旨味が引き出され、その上で黒トリュフがポイントとして加わる感覚です。
写真はパスタとお肉料理になります。
出来立てを食べたい思いが募ってちょっとぼやけ気味……。
自身の写真では香りや艶など美味しさが伝えられないのがもどかしいです。
黒トリュフのコースは冬季限定で3月末までとのこと。
フレッシュ黒トリュフを食べられるのはなかなかないですし、気になる方は早めにぜひ。
