日替わりランチを注文。
ラーメンにマーボ豆腐がついたセット。
ラーメンは、すごく普通。
家庭でも再現のできる、ごくごく市販されている材料を使った感じ。
トッピングはワカメとチャーシューとメンマ。刻みネギも散らしてあるようです。
チャーシューは自家製かな？ちょっとわかりません。
最も残念なのが麻婆豆腐。
サービスは中国の方でしたので、恐らく厨房も中国の方だと思うのですが。
永谷園の麻婆の素のような味。
ファミ○のお惣菜で売っている麻婆豆腐の方が、より本格的。
飲食店でこれはかなり残念。おいしくない訳ではないのですが・・・
