雨で遠出はしたくない。近場で未訪問の店。
こちらは何回も通りすぎているが、いずれそのうちで
後回しだった。
本日の気まぐれを見て注文。
ピリ辛みそ味豚カルビ丼とおそばのセット、
たぬき選択1000円込。
12時45分、先客4人、後2人。キャパ20名。
7分で到着。
たぬき蕎麦がほぼ一人前のポーション。
豚カルビはミニ丼です。
そばつゆは甘口。出汁もかえしも強くない。
味醂も控えめ。
江戸前のストライクゾーンは外さない。
特に問題のない安心感の味わい。
蕎麦は同割と聴いた。
細打ちで柔らかい。嫌いではない。
豚丼の方はタイトル通りの味わい。美味しいです。
自分の中では、豚丼メインのミニたぬきの想定でした。
そちらの方が私には嬉しかった。
多分、御夫婦でやられているのでしょう。
落ち着いた空気で、女将の感じがよろしい。
善き店でした。
